Codman Academy

All 10th grade students at Codman Academy were required to take an "Apangea Class" in an effort to raise Massachusetts Comprehensive Assessment System (MCAS) scores. Each student was placed in an individual learning pathway determined by a formative assessment. Previously, Codman's MCAS average was significantly below the state average. In just one year, Codman Academy exceeded MCAS state passing average and 73% of students demonstrated MCAS proficiency.
